What it is
Metadata only. Twelve items across three equally-weighted domains — elbow function, pain, and social-psychological impact.
When to reach for it
When it appears in orthopaedic correspondence. For your own baseline use the PREE.

2 Giving it
Scoring
Three domains of 0–16, reported separately or as 0–48/0–100. Higher is better.
What it doesn’t measure
Range of motion, or grip.
3 Reading the score
Interpreting it
The social-psychological domain is the distinctive part — worth knowing about when you read one.
Is the change real?
Student trap. Assuming it maps onto the Oxford shoulder, hip or knee scores. Same family, different structure — this one has three separate domains.

Use instead: PREE — same construct, no licence.
This is a learning tool. It does not diagnose patients and does not replace your clinical educator.
